Outside the MacArthur Memorial in Norfolk. The old Norfolk courthouse is now the final resting place of General Douglas MacArthur & his wife Jean. The memorial also contains General MacArthur's papers and a museum to the World War II commander in the Pacific. The building was closed when I got there, I shall return!
